Solution 1 – If you’ve been having trouble receiving SMS Verification Code, please check if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. If this is the case then you can update the DNC settings by following the instructions below-
1. By default, all SMS messages sent from MyePal are categorized as “Promotional” by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
2. To receive your verification code, just SMS “STOP” to 1909.
3. Your request to unregister your number from the Do Not Call Registry may take up to 7 days to take effect.
4. To register your number again in the Do Not Call Registry, just SMS “START 0” to 1909 or call 1909.
Solution 2 – To check if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. and to unregister your number from the same so as to receive the SMS Verification Code you may also call customer care number of your respective carrier network from your phone –

Solution 1 – According to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India all “Promotional” SMS except the transactional SMSs will be sent to the customers only between 9 AM and 9 PM. So make sure you try to sign up with MyePal App during the operational hours of 9 A.M. to 9 P.M., as overnight messages are likely to be cached until the next day
